Four Season Red Sea Global

At Triple Bay, where the Hijazi Mountains meet the Red Sea coast in one of the Kingdom’s most remote and undeveloped stretches, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA takes shape as a collection of private beach villas built around Dubai-based architects vision of “palatial luxury touched by land” a design language that grounds contemporary resort architecture in the textures and forms of the surrounding desert and coastline. Translating that language into a buildable reality, one that could withstand a Red Sea site and reach it in the first place, became Gulf GRC’s task on the project.

Between 2023 and 2025, we designed, fabricated, and installed more than 7,000 GRC panels across 14,000 sqm of the resort’s villas complete exterior cladding, coping panels, perforated screens, column cladding, and ceiling panels, all in glass reinforced concrete. The defining challenge wasn’t geometry, it was the geography: delivering and installing panels at scale in an area where basic construction resources and infrastructure are limited, which meant re-engineering our logistics and site sequencing.

Designed by U+A for Red Sea Global’s AMAALA masterplan, the resort’s villas now carry a facade shaped as much by Gulf GRC’s manufacturing expertise as by the desert around them.
