Gulf GRC is committed to provide quality contracting services (GRC, GRP, GRG, UHPC) on time and within budget to all customers / clients, and to achieve client satisfaction related to Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning & Maintenance Projects.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a member of GRCA Association, Gulf GRC is committed to implement an effective Quality Management System in accordance to the ISO standard and legal requirements.

We intend to achieve this by:

  • Clearly defining the procedures, plans, processes / engineering systems and quality objectives and targets that are continuously improved to meet organizational and customer / client needs and expectations.
  • Complying with all applicable requirements and continually improving the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System.

  • Adopting a “Risk Based” approach and addressing the risks and opportunities in all our business operations.

Community investment is the heart of our corporate social responsibility program. In 2021, PCL together with employees, donated $7 million to charitable organizations, including $5.1 million to United Way chapters, and dedicated thousands of volunteer hours to community service.
